Will home health agencies conduct their own Home Health Care CAHPS Survey?

Home health agencies that voluntarily participate in the national implementation will be responsible for contracting with an approved Home Health Care CAHPS Survey vendor. Home health agencies will not be permitted to conduct their own Home Health Care CAHPS Survey as part of the national implementation.
