Since participation in the survey is voluntary by home health agencies, is there a chance that agencies that do not perform as well as others will not participate in the Home Health Care CAHPS Survey? On the Hospital CAHPS Survey which hospitals across the country are conducting, the results were mixed. Some hospitals that were expected to have higher scores (better results) actually did not perform as well as others and vice versa. This may be the case for the Home Health Care CAHPS Survey as well. | |
