  15. Some home health agencies may not have enough patients to obtain 300 completed surveys. Will these agencies be exempt from the survey?
  16. Some home health agencies do not have enough patients to obtain the targeted 300 completed interviews. For those agencies that have multiple locations and/or are part of a chain, can smaller agencies pool their patient populations and conduct one survey that will represent two or more agencies?
  17. Will home health agencies that are not Medicare certified be eligible to participate in the Home Health Care CAHPS Survey?
  18. Since participation in the survey is voluntary by home health agencies, is there a chance that agencies that do not perform as well as others will not participate in the Home Health Care CAHPS Survey?
